2010 Census Data by County

The US Census Bureau has created an interactive 2010 data map for county level population numbers, demographics, and population changes.

The counties experiencing the greatest population growth since 2000 are Horry, Beaufort, Dorchester, and York. Another notable change since 2000 is in South Carolina’s Hispanic or Latino population — who now comprise 5.1% of the state’s total population — a 148% increase.
