Colleen Bozard
Interim President
Colleen is providing
transitional leadership to SCANPO as Interim
President. In this role, Colleen assures ongoing
effective and efficient agency operations by
providing administrative leadership and management
services. Colleen brings over 25 years of experience
working in the human services field with non-profit
organizations, working with boards, as an Executive
Director and as a consultant in many capacities
through her firm ccbozard consulting. She brings
many strengths and skills in the areas of
organizational development, community partnerships,
strategic planning, interim/transitional leadership,
program development, staff and board development,
governance, and leadership development. Colleen is a
Masters level graduate from Long Island University
in Community Mental Health and a graduate of
Leadership Columbia.
Sandra
Smith
Finance & Administration
SCANPO is pleased to welcome Sandra
Smith, who is serving as the Interim Finance and
Administration Manager. Sandra will be responsible for the
financial activities and maintain overall administrative
operation of the organization. Sandra has strong
administrative and financial background, having worked
previously for Palmetto Trust for Historic Preservation, the
Jannie R. Jackson Women’s Center and the Midlands Community
Development Corporation, both at Bible Way Church of Atlas
Road. She brings a wealth of skills and expertise, including
client communication, records and data management,
regulatory reporting, bookkeeping, training and event
coordination, media and public relations outreach, and
extensive administrative support.
Glenice Saddler
Director of
Membership & Resource Development
The Director Membership and
Resource Development is responsible for membership
development and planning, implementing and directing
programs and services that are beneficial and
representative of membership needs, assists in
implementing strategies to build relationships with
funders , and supports program building through
grant development. Glenice comes to SCANPO with a
diverse background in fund raising, finance and
operations, and community development. She has been
employed with Claflin University, Imagine Schools,
Inc., SC Center for Grassroots and Community
Alternatives and Allen University. Glenice has a
bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from
the University of South Carolina and is a Certified
Grants Specialist
Sarah Conrad
Program
Coordinator- Strengthening Communities Initiative
Sarah is responsible for coordinating
and administering this federal grant program that – in
partnership with United Way Association of South Carolina –
works with nonprofit organizations in 14 counties to help
build their capacity to better serve the needs of their
communities. Sarah comes to SCANPO with a wealth of project
administration experience, having worked for Richland County
First Steps, SC First Steps and United Way Association of
SC. Sarah received her Bachelor’s Degree in
Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of South
Carolina.
