Leigh Newman
Manager of Database & Communications

Leigh’s main duty is managing the database and website, as well as all newsletter and electronic communications.  She also assists with membership recruitment, retention and renewal.

JoAnn Prince
Director of Education

As Director of Education, JoAnn coordinates all association training seminars, conferences, special events and meetings.  She leads all activities related to public and customized training, technical assistance services including requests for assistance and information via the phone, email or in-person, and overseeing the development of resources in the SCANPO library and on the organization’s website.

Sara Salley
Director of Membership & Resource Development
Sara is the newest member of SCANPO.  She manages the membership program, actively pursues funding through corporate, foundation, government and individual sources and manages SCANPO's marketing efforts.

Beth Singletary
Director of Finance & Administration
Beth serves as SCANPO’s Manager of Finance and Administration and as such performs the Finance and Human Resource duties for the organization. She evaluates the cooperative purchasing program for the organization and its’ members. Also, she sees to the daily administrative needs at the office.

As a recent USC graduate, Priscilla puts together SCANPO's quarterly newsletter, The Advocate, and assists JoAnn with the Preserving the Public Trust initiative, as well as any other projects that arise.
