About the Workshop:
This Workshop will provide an overview of the Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA)framework and the Results Scorecard software. Participants will learn how these tools can be used together to develop effective community-based strategies, measure and improve progress, and achieve community impact.
The session will run from 9am to 5pm on June 14 and then continue from 9am to 12pm on June 15. Refreshments will be provided on both days and lunch will be provided on June 14th.
THE GOAL - To move Tri-County non-profit and philanthropic leaders towards valuing ‘growth outcomes-oriented management’ models for their efforts in order to drive real impact.
THE OPPORTUNITY - To assist non-profits and philanthropists in determining what area to concentrate their efforts in order to achieve high performance, the Performance Imperativewas developed. And then knowing where improvement opportunities like, Results-based Accountability has come into widespread use as the means to move toward high performance. Attend the series and you can learn about both!

What is RBA?
Results-Based Accountability is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that communities can use to improve the lives of children, youth, families and the community as a whole.
It can also be used to improve the performance of programs, agencies and service systems.
About the Presenter:
Dan Duncan is a senior consultant at the Results Leadership Group and a faculty member of the ABCD Institute at Northwestern University. Dan is a longtime human services professional who has helped communities and agencies around the nation recognize the value and power of engaging the entire community to help build stronger, healthier, and safer communities.
