Children's Trust Leadership Seminar

We invite you to join us for a seminar that will encourage leaders to think deeply and critically about the history, the reality, and the culture of race and justice in America, and the impacts on young children and their families. Participants will enjoy a neutral forum in which to reflect on these critical issues and cultivate a richer understanding of their own leadership on behalf of all young children in America.

In collaboration with the Institute for Child Success and their Leadership for America's Young Children initiative, Children's Trust will host a leadership seminar, Race, Justice, and the Young Child in America, on Sept. 28-30 at the Inn at Middleton Place in Charleston.

The event will encourage leaders to think deeply and critically about the history and future of race and justice in America and its impact on young children.

Moderated by Howard University's Law School Dean Danielle Holley-Walker, this seminar will provide a neutral forum in which leaders can reflect and cultivate a deeper understanding of their own leadership on behalf of all young children. More details and information on how to apply will soon be available at www.childhood.systems.

There is no cost to attend for South Carolina residents. Non-South Carolina resident registration is $350, which covers all lodging and meals for the duration of the seminar. Registration and payment will be made after applications are accepted.
