Phillip Perry is a Senior Development Officer, holding the national Certification as a Fundraising Executive, with over 30 years experience in leading nonprofits and securing Major Gifts and establishing Planned Giving Programs. Perry was formerly the Corporate Director of Development for Shriners Hospitals for Children, responsible for the creation and establishment of the current Development Program, inclusive of Policies and Procedures. While with Shriners Hospitals, Perry was responsible for over $260 million in new gifts.
In Perry's long history of Development he has distinguished himself as Executive Director of two Foundations and VP of Development for the Arthritis Foundation and Director of the renowned Toys For Tots Foundation .
Perry has taught and lectured around the country on areas such as Board Development, Making a Major Gift Ask, and Strategic Planning. He is a former Board Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Partners In Philanthropic Planning, and the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy.
